Shipping & Returns


All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

We currently do not ship outside the U.K.


We accept 7 days to return after you received the item ( when item unopened / unused).

Note: All returned items are subject to inspection by us to ensure that the items are in their original, “new” condition and the defective/damaged items, are not due to misuse or unauthorized alterations; Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive the returned item to process your refund. You are responsible for returning the product in new and resalable condition. It must arrive unused in its original packaging, complete with all accessories and user manuals. You are responsible for paying all costs for return shipping and insurance. The original cost of shipping will not be refunded.
